Inspired by Christ's love, we bridge the distance between our sanctuary and our homebound parishioners, bringing friendship, prayer, the Sacraments, and a vital lifeline to our parish community.
Staying Connected
Our Homebound Outreach Ministry provides a warm social connection to individuals who would benefit from a visit from fellow parishioners.
Whether you or your loved one lives at home, in a nursing facility, or in another care situation, our dedicated visit teams are here for you. Through monthly home visits and reassuring phone calls, we offer friendly conversation, prayer, and social support to our elderly and homebound members.
Sacramental Visits
Social Visits: Please note that the Eucharist is not administered during standard volunteer social visits.
Sacraments at Home: If you need to receive the Sacraments at home (Communion, Confession, or Anointing of the Sick), we will gladly schedule a visit with Fr. Kowalczyk or one of our Deacons.
